We only use the finest products so you’re assured shiny  healthy-looking hair, as well as great cut and color result.

We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of fashion and that means from top to toe. Our Nail Technicians are very experienced and passionate about ‘Hands, Eyes and Feet’ and we have all the latest colours and techniques to keep you on trend and feeling beautiful.

I have been going to Leo Bancroft since September 2005 and over the years have had the pleasure of seeing the business grow to the excellent salon it is today. My hair has always been beautifully cut, thanks to Hannah over the last four years. People often comment on my hair, and ask me which hairdressers I use. Someone actually stopped me in the street not long ago and asked me if I would mind telling them the name of my hairdresser!!!

I do not hesitate in recommending Leo Bancroft, as ‘the most loved business’. It is a very friendly and happy salon from the moment you go through the door and are welcomed by Marina on reception. From one of Leo’s regular and scissor happy clients! who is a self-hair chopper and admit to hacking my kids hair too, on occasion, I often need to make emergency appointments to see Leo or his team….. I have to say, I might be one of the most challenging clients but Leo and the crew always fix it and give me great advise on how I can ‘back away from the scissors’. The truth, but joking aside, I really do love visiting Leo Bancroft Salon – they are so welcoming from the minute I am greeted by Marina on reception to being escorted off the premises by my stylist. Kristen at Leo Bancroft always provides an excellent service. When visiting the salon she will review my current style. If I am happy with this she maintains this. In the past when I have wanted to change my style Kristen has suggested alternatives and recommended ways to achieve this. My hair is fine in texture and Kristen will regularly recommend products, treatments and ways to help me achieve more volume and body in my style. She is always happy to help me maintain my style between visits. Providing alternative ways to style my hair and showing me how to achieve this when I visit the salon.

Kristen is always happy and helpful. She ensures she understands what it is I’m trying to achieve when explaining any changes.

She will always check I’m okay whilst my colour is developing. She will always check if there is anything I need.

I’ve been having highlights for years & years then decided to go for an all over colour, which went a little too ginger, yikes! I decided to try Leo Bancroft’s in Weybridge and was booked with Kristen. We decided to put some highlights and low lights through to break up the colour. Def one of the best set of highlights I’ve have had. I’m much happier now with my colour. I was also given a complimentary hand massage by their in-house beautician, lovely! Recommended my friend, who has booked and I got £15 off my next visit- result!!
