Hi, Im Hannah and I have been working in the Hairdressing Industry for 12 years. I am a REDKEN Certified Hair Colourist and Kerastase Ambassador. I pride myself on my colour knowledge and have won an Award for customer care. I am currently the Leo Bancroft stylist of the Year 2011. I became a hairdresser because I love the social aspect of the job as well as making people feel great about how they look. I also love the variety of services that we can offer our clients, like hair extensions, colour and brazilian blow-dries. My favourite thing about working at Leo Bancroft is the team of people I work with and our clients. We really have fun in the salon. I love making people feel beautiful.

In my opinion Hannah is world class when it comes to colouring hair. I have in the past with other colorists been very disappointed or at best felt my colour was “ok” which has made me nervous about having colour. Hannah is always thorough during our consultations when choosing or tweaking my hair colour and will take time explaining why a colour will work or not work and will advise me accordingly. Together with her clever questioning and her positive attitude I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. I am of any age where I feel I’m too old for mistakes but still like to feel I’m up to date but in a “groomed” way. She will give me tips and advice for not only maintaining my colour and cut but also what can be done in the future to keep it relevant for my age and up to date.

I have never before had a colourist/stylist who will make the time and effort to get to know me., my personal style, personality and then tailor my hair accordingly. Simple techniques such as when we are talking about a change of style or colour she will consult me before I am gowned. I sure this must give her an Insight into my everyday style and how I like to dress. Also she asks me what I like or dislike about my hair.I feel I am very lucky to have found Hannah who I trust implicitly with my style and colour. When talking with my friends and family when it comes to colouring hair it is the maintenance that puts lots of people off. Therefore not so much for myself but for other clients who would like the “Hannah” experience it would be great if they could find a way of letting them enjoy her services but maybe Hannah could train another colourist in her techniques to keep the maintenance costs more manageable.
