Why do you think our Services are Outstanding?
Leo really “gets” women and their hair and how important it is to them. The thing he does best is LISTEN – so many hairdressers don’t. Once he’s listened to what you want he’s full of passion & enthusiasm if he thinks the style will suit you, but gently guides you away from it if if he doesn’t! He’ll come up with a style as close to it as possible though. He totally understands how busy women are so he’ll create easy to manage styles that can be cranked up with some product for the evening. He sees his clients as people – not just a haircut.
What sets us apart from other professionals you have used for the same services?
The thing I love most about Leo is his passion for hair! You can see that he loves his work. He’s always looking at how he can move forward and keep abreast of all the latest trends and styles. That makes me feel with him I’ll never be stuck in a rut with my hair – he gives me confidence to try a new look.

Why do you think our Services are Outstanding?
On my very first visit, I had long, untidy matt almost black hair,with a tremendous build up of colour. Hannah gave me a total new look that day. I had my hair dramatically cut into a chic bob and colour lifted to a lovely chestnut. I instantly felt like a different person and younger!My hair always looks nice despite being very grey. Hannah always asks whether I am happy with the colour and gives me advice on appropriate products to maintain the colour and texture of my hair. I never feel rushed with Hannah, she always allows time for discussion. if my hair has lightened on holiday, she would always be happy to fit me in for a refresh. I feel I could always ask Hannah any question regarding my hair and she would know the answer.
What sets us apart from other professionals you have used for the same services?
With my previous stylist, I had a minor irritation with the colour product and wanted advice on whether I should change product, etc. I was told I may have to go grey gracefully!Not what I wanted to hear at age 43. I am certain Hannah would always try different techniques, products etc to maintain my hair colour. Hannah has also taken the time to explain everything about the process of hair colouring, how it works and the science behind it. She knows exactly what she is talking about and conveys the information with great skill. I have also had previous experience of stylists literally slopping on colour. Hannah always takes great care to protect skin and clothes. If I could afford to, I would always have Hannah to complete my whole look, colour cut and styling however I visit the salon every 4 weeks and sometimes just have my colour followed by rough dry to keep cost down. I receive a text to remind me of my appointment, perhaps a similar follow up call from Hannah would be great after each visit, this would definitely set the salon aside from others.

Why do you think our Services are Outstanding?
In my opinion Hannah is world class when it comes to colouring hair. I have in the past with other colorists been very disappointed or at best felt my colour was “ok” which has made me nervous about having colour. Hannah is always thorough during our consultations when choosing or tweaking my hair colour and will take time explaining why a colour will work or not work and will advise me accordingly. Together with her clever questioning and her positive attitude I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. I am of any age where I feel I’m too old for mistakes but still like to feel I’m up to date but in a “groomed” way. She will give me tips and advice for not only maintaining my colour and cut but also what can be done in the future to keep it relevant for my age and up to date.
What sets us apart from other professionals you have used for the same services?
I have never before had a colourist/stylist who will make the time and effort to get to know me., my personal style, personality and then tailor my hair accordingly. Simple techniques such as when we are talking about a change of style or colour she will consult me before I am gowned. I sure this must give her an Insight into my everyday style and how I like to dress. Also she asks me what I like or dislike about my hair.I feel I am very lucky to have found Hannah who I trust implicitly with my style and colour. When talking with my friends and family when it comes to colouring hair it is the maintenance that puts lots of people off. Therefore not so much for myself but for other clients who would like the “Hannah” experience it would be great if they could find a way of letting them enjoy her services but maybe Hannah could train another colourist in her techniques to keep the maintenance costs more manageable.

All of Hannah’s skills are outstanding and one of the reasons I have been loyal to her as a client for all these years. She is an expert at what she does, is always passionate and has an eye for detail. She is a friendly, intelligent woman, and is always considerate of her client’s needs and desires and gives honest and expert guidance on every aspect of the process with amazing results.
What sets us apart from other professionals you have used for the same services?
As a woman of 50, you can imagine I have had my fair share of colour/hairdressing experiences – some of them okay, others disastrous. But with Hannah I have finally found someone who cares about her clients and the results she produces, with fabulous results. My hair has never looked better and to get comments from people when I am out and about as to how lovely my hair looks, you just feel that little bit special. Always a nice boost to ones’ psyche! And this is all due to Hannah. I cannot think of one particular aspect upon which she could improve other than to suggest that she continues to strive to be the best.

Hannah’s colouring skills are the best I have every experienced; she always leaves my hair looking very natural looking and ensures I am totally happy with what she is proposing. She explains what products she is going to use, and I have bought the same to get the best results

Since going to Hannah I have received many compliments on how my hair looks; people have asked if I colour it as they say it look s ‘so natural’ it’s hard to tell- exactly the look I want. I have never had such trust in a hairdresser as I do with Hannah, and I recommend her to anyone who wants a really great colour and cut. I don’t think there is anything to improve on- Hannah is the best!

Why do you think our Services are Outstanding?
When I first went to Megan my hair was over processed and brittle and I was very concerned. Megan took time to assess my hair with a genuine appreciation for how I was feeling. She made me feel comfortable , less embarrassed and pointed out how it was just the top section of the hair. did not use straighteners but I had been unwell and was having my hair coloured at another hair salon every 3 weeks. Megan advised me on a treatment course immediately ; explaining that it would take time but like antibiotics the right shampoo, conditioner , regular treatments and careful colouring to avoid over processing would turn my hair’s condition around. She was right. Every visit to Megan encouraged me more as each time she was assessing my hair and advising me further . Basically , she was committed to me and to getting my hair back to good health. I have very thick hair and she is one of the few hair dressers to know how to cut my hair and helped me to grow it long again. I followed her careful advice and as my hair returned back to health I thanked my lucky stars for being booked with her for my first ever visit to the salon. She has since continued to cut and colour my hair and now my 16 year old daughter too enjoys her colouring and cutting services. Her product knowledge is impressive , right down to how much shampoo to use etc. Her own style and turnout is to be admired and must instill confidence in all her clients. I have seen her treat everyone the same. She builds long term relationships with her clients and her personality is infectious.
What sets us apart from other professionals you have used for the same services?
I think the above explains it all. What has impressed me is that even though my hair is back to full health she will still take the sane care and offer advice as to which shampoos to use , what treatment to try and even has knowledge on products not sold in the salon and can advise for or against them. I can come in for a blow dry and she will still take the same time to consult me first before my shampoo….even suggesting that I bring a cut forward as my style looks like it is going out of shape etc. I have found most hair dressers after a time get complacent or stop offering style advice etc. Megan is always full of fresh ideas or enthusing of another cut or colour etc that she may have done. If she was a chef she would be a ‘ master chef’. I can not see how she can improve on the service that I have continued to consistently receive. I just wish that I could see her more 
if she continues as she is …she will have no competitors.

Why do you think our Services are Outstanding?
Before l came to see Megan l had been attending a previous hair dressing salon and was very unhappy with the condition and style of my hair, it was in such bad shape that l could hardly get a comb through it. It was brittle and had lost all its healthy glow and shine. l was terrified of seeking the advice and help from a professional hairdresser. l was booked in with Megan and she took the time to trim my hair and as it grew she started to give it a great shape and with cleverly putting my highlights just where they were needed, she has managed to get my hair back into excellent condition. l have followed her instructions re products and regular visits watching and seeing the shine and health of my hair improve with every visit. Thanks to her professionalism and good management of me as a person she has restored my hair and my confidence in the hairdressing industry. l cant rate her highly enough, she takes a genuine interest in my life without being intrusive and is always at hand and happy to help me in any way that she can. She is very approachable and nothing is ever too much trouble. l am in the medical profession and l know how important it is to get your patient/client to trust you 100% and l think Megan is exceptional with the service that she provides for me on every level.
What sets us apart from other professionals you have used for the same services?
Megan Stockton actually listens to her client. This puts her head and shoulders above other professionals. By listening she is able to manage her clients expectations and give them what they want or if this is not possible or she feels that it may not work for them, she gently encourages them to go away and think about things rather than giving the client a hair cut or colour that was not wanted or expected. l think competitors need to learn one thing that is ultra important…..to listen to their client.

Why do you think our Services are Outstanding?
I had the same hi-lited hair colour for over 20 years & was honestly too scared to change it, Megan spoke to me about a change & what colour would suit me & the look it would achieve, without any pressure, she always talks me through the process so i know exactly whats going on (something i’d never experienced before with other salons stylists) She also gives me advice on maintaining my hair so that it always looks great. She also does my hair extensions for me which look fantastic!

Her sunny smile, fantastic personality, she’s always very happy to see me, she doesn’t do that fake”salon chat” which i loathe, she speaks to you like she really cares,she listens to what i want & answers any questions i may have & she actually knows what she’s talking about.Cant think of anything she could do better, i think she’s a star !

I’m always (without exception) happy with my hair colour, Megan repeatedly achieves exactly what I ask of her and always talk me through why we may approach a big change in a two step process so as to achieve a natural look.

I have never experienced a colourist who achieves exactly the colour I’d hope for, every time!Megan is professional and friendly seems to take extra care and attention to achieve and succeed at offering the very best service. Kristen shows expertise that I have not encountered for a very long time. I have had a variety of styles, cuts, colour and hair extensions with her and the end results have always been amazing. Her knowledge, skills and advice are beyond the top end of the scale and I am always an extremely satisfied client. Kristen has a very likable personality and exudes professionalism at all times. I would be very upset to lose her as a hairdresser and also feel that if I moved far away, I would happily make the journey for my hair as my trust in her ability is immense.

What more can I say! Kristen is a ‘one-off’ She is set apart from other professionals I have seen (some being top London salons) purely because of her talents in this field which are superior in every way. It is very clear she adores what she does and her creativity shines through, nothing phases her and the end results are always perfect thus leaving a very happy satisfied confident client.. I feel there is absolutely nothing she could do to improve upon her services in respect of competitors as she has mastered her field exceptionally.

Kristen has been amazing since been doing my hair. always does a fantastic job and a pleasure to deal with. she gives me great advice on how to look after my hair and goes out of her way to provide a great service. As I have very blonde hair she always recommends the best home care products to use. I don’t know what I would do without her.
What sets us apart from other professionals you have used for the same services?
Previously to using Kristen I went to various salons and was never satisfied with the service. I came to Kristen and was so impressed that I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I cannot see how she could improve as the service that I get is second to none. You cannot improve on perfection.

Why do you think our Services are Outstanding?
Kristen is an exceptionally talented professional who is able to manage my unruly hair. To explain I have a rather hideous curly/frizzy mix of hair. Not only is she a perfectionist, but her standard is extraordinary. I have never in all my appointments over 3 years had a bad colour, cut or blow dry and I am at the salon twice a week. Her attention to detail is exactly why I keep coming back. The blow dry is of such a superior standard, it lasts for at least 4 days with out kinking or frizzing and when trying to achieve straight hair this is worth it’s weight in gold.
Kristen, is also talented with hair extensions, the blending of my hair to the balmain hair is so good that most people can’t believe it when I say they are hair extensions. The colour has always been outstanding and she knows exactly what will work and knowing me after three years her advice is invaluable and she has never been wrong.
For the occasions that I have to manage my hair at home or abroad, her knowledge of hair care products is second to none and she will go to great lengths explaining the benefits of all products across multiple brands in order for me to buy the best product that suits my hair. Her knowledge of hair products is outstanding and it has really helped keep my hair in fantastic condition.
She has a natural talent with hair, but coupled with a willingness to learn more and more and perfect her craft she simply is an outstanding hairdresser and as a loyal customer I couldn’t ask for more. I know I’m getting the most superior service and cutting edge techniques.

Her attention to detail, professionalism, friendliness, skills and talent. The amazing hair I have every time I step out of the salon and the fact it is always commented on by friends, family and even those I don’t know- I’m constantly recommending her for her outstanding work and advice. Quite simply I would not be without Kristen as my hair stylist. To find someone so good is a rare find, especially with my hair. I have been going to various hair salons since I was 18 years old, twice a week and now at 32 I can honestly say that the last 3 years have been the best experience and that is quite simply because of Kristen and her talent and skills. I couldn’t comment on how she could improve because I’m so pleased with the high standard of service I receive each and every time I go to the salon. She is self motivated and a driven individual who constantly gives 100% to a profession that she loves and is enthusiastic about.

Kristen always provides an excellent service. When visiting the salon she will review my current style. If I am happy with this she maintains this. In the past when I have wanted to change my style Kristen has suggested alternatives and recommended ways to achieve this. My hair is fine in texture and Kristen will regularly recommend products, treatments and ways to help me achieve more volume and body in my style. She is always happy to help me maintain my style between visits. Providing alternative ways to style my hair and showing me how to achieve this when I visit the salon.
What sets us apart from other professionals you have used for the same services?
Kristen is always happy and helpful. She ensures she understands what it is I’m trying to achieve when explaining any changes. When attending a wedding last year Kristen I attended the salon the day before. Kristen was happy for me to drop in the next day to refresh my style. Kristen will always check I’m okay whilst my colour is developing. She will always check if there is anything I need. I think Kristen already delivers an excellent service and cannot think of anything at this time she could do to improve this.
