The Role

We are looking for a Senior Stylist & Colourist with confidence, creativity, and ambition — someone ready to run a successful, high-end column within a luxury salon setting.

You’ll be working with a loyal clientele, premium services, and the support needed to maximise both quality and earnings.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 4+ years shop-floor experience

Strong technical skills in colour and cutting

Confident running a busy column

Preferable LOreal Colour degree.

Professional, kind-hearted, and client-focused

Passionate about learning and excellence

A team player who values culture as much as craft

Trade tests are relaxed and supportive and can be carried out on friends or family, using brands you’re already familiar with. Tests typically take place on Mondays.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Part-Time Front of House Receptionist** to become the *first and last impression* of the Leo Bancroft salon experience.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who naturally enjoys welcoming people, building relationships, and delivering five-star service with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.

You will be the ultimate host — calm, confident, organised, and always one step ahead.

Part Time Front of House Receptionist

Required Hours

Tuesdays 9am - 3pm

Wednesdays 3pm - 9pm

Thursdays 8am - 3pm

Fridays 8am - 1pm

Saturdays 9am - 5pm

Salary: £12 - £14 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

* Welcoming clients and delivering a warm, polished front-of-house experience

* Managing bookings, appointments, and salon systems

* Supporting the salon team and management with smooth daily operations

* Maintaining the luxury standards and presentation of the salon

* Learning and following salon procedures, including Health & Safety and HR processes
